Overcoming Crohn's Disease to Scale the World's Tallest Peaks

in: hosted by Rebecca Brayton

Overcoming Crohn's Disease to Scale the World's Tallest Peaks Rob Hill began the initiative to scale the Seven Summits – the highest summit on each of the seven continents – to prove that living with an inflammatory bowel disease does not slow you down. With him will be 16-year-old Clinton Shard, who also suffers from Crohn’s. Mount Everest is the final peak in their campaign, and they head there in March 2010. In this video, WatchMojo.com speaks with Rob and Clinton to find out more about the Seven Summits campaign, and how these two have learned that their disease is part of their life, but that it doesn’t define them or limit what they do.
