Interview With Andy Williams From Doves

Part of the Manchester music scene, The Doves are a three-piece rock ensemble consisting of brothers Jez and Andy Williams and Jimi Goodwin. This is the second incarnation for the Mancunian boys: their first band, Sub Sub, was a dance-act that garnered one hit, 1993's Ain't No Love (Ain't No Use). In 1996, a fire at Sub Sub's studio forced the band to regroup and make a hard decision: to continue, give up, or rebuild their band. From those ashes, The Doves were born.
