Kettlebell Exercises For Your Core

A core exercise is one that trains your abdominal wall, the muscles of our lower back and/or your pelvis. Those exercises that integrate your entire body can also be considered core exercises. Because the shape of the kettlebell makes your body work differently, doing exercises with this weight will keep things interesting and give your muscles a great workout.
