The History of the Bee Gees

Formed in the late 1950s in Manchester, England, the Bee Gees' core has always consisted of brothers Barry, Maurice and Robin Gibb. After briefly moving to Australia, the siblings tried their luck back in England. They really hit it big in the 1970s with their disco-influenced sound and this was due in large part to the film "Saturday Night Fever." The Bee Gees members also had success working with other artists, and despite the death of disco, continued to make music together. They remain pop music legends today.
