Interview with Patrick Watson

Singer-songwriter Patrick Watson is the leader, vocalist and piano player in the Canadian indie band named after himself. The group formed in the early 2000s and experiments with multiple musical genres, such as dream pop, psych folk, indie rock, cabaret pop and classical music. Their sound has been described as cinematic and Watson himself has scored a movie soundtrack. They won the Polaris Music Prize in 2007 and released their latest album, "Adventures in Your Own Backyard," in 2012.
