Top 10 Male Golfers of All Time

We get so much love mail from our viewers than we feel it's only fair to balance it out by publishing these Top 10 Video Lists. How else can we get insulted, threatened and solicited for editor jobs in one email?

Another week, another Top 10 List. This time, it's Top 10 Golfers of All Time, with the criteria being: most major victories, most tournament wins and the most impact the player has had in sports. And yes, this list is about Top 10 Male Golfers.

1) Jack Nicklaus

• Golfed in the same era as Arnold Palmer and Gary Player and still had 18 professional Majors for his career, which puts him # 1 on the list, (6 Masters, 4 US Opens, 3 British Opens, 5 PGA Championships and 2 US Amateurs) second is at 11, but Tiger is currently moving up that list at 10
• Placed # 2 in most career victories at 73 only behind Sam Snead
• Nicklaus remains the only golfer to have won all the four majors four different times, no one else has even done it three times, and only one has done it twice besides him
• Not to mention he had 19 second place finishes and nine third place finishes in majors
• At the age of 58, in 1998, Nicklaus finished 6th place in the Masters
• In 17 consecutive seasons, he was in the top ten of the money list
