Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Not all firms have CMOs because there are two sides to Marketing at firms. The first one involves developing the marketing strategy in the marketplace vis-à-vis the brand and positioning.

This entails coordinating advertising, public relations and corporate communications. The other one involves generating sales for the firm.

Depending on the firm, there could be one person overseeing all of these duties. Often however, the areas are split between different lieutenants.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Chief Information Officer (CIO) Or Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Chairman of the Board
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
