In part 1 of our interview with Dr. John Ralston Saul, he discussed his own prophecy regarding the collapse of globalization. In this video he asks: what do you do in an economic crisis? His answer: Inject money where it's needed. But Ralston Saul says money is being is spent from the top, in the hopes of a trickle down effect.
