Gluten-free Appetizer Recipe: Spiced Flatbreads

Gluten-free food doesn’t have to taste like cardboard, and delicious food doesn’t have to be bad for you: Fortunately there are plenty of ingredients that fit into both categories! A great snack, appetizer or party snack is a spiced flatbread. This recipe is so easy, quick and effective even amateur chefs can do it. Simply grab a gluten-free pizza crust, coat it with a thin layer of olive or coconut oil, apply your spice blend and bake!
