Title: District B13

Plot: Two men from opposite sides of the law must team up to recover a
deadly neutron bomb that has fallen into the hands of Taha, the
criminal overlord of District 13.

Outline: The film is set in Paris, 2010, where ruthless gangs and druglords rule the ghettos of Paris.  Without laws, rules, or hope for change, the police have abandonded the section of the city called District B13 and closed its borders.

Damien, a member of the police elite task force and expert in martial arts, has
been assigned by the governement to locate a weapon of mass destruction
stolen by the most powerful District B13 gang. In order to infiltrate the sector and defuse the bomb, though, Damien must join hands with Leto, whose sole goal is to save his sister, who has fallen into the hands of the same gang.  The plot then twists and turns in this exciting and refreshingly smart action film.
