out plainly these two facts: (1) DCLK has long been absent from the media
business and (2) their many “relationships” with advertisers
and publishers are technology- , not media-based. There is enormous potential
in this combination, however, and it’s dangerous and disingenuous
to think otherwise. But there is little doubt that the justifications given
for the valuation and acquisition are overstated. Nice job calling them
