“Would you prefer a diamond encrusted Wii Remote?… Well excuse me princess!!!”
Zelda Skyward Sword is the swan-song for the diminishing Wii console, and it arrives on November 20th. Yup, that’s right in time for the holiday season, and thankfully it won’t be getting pushed back as a launch title for the Wii U (something that happened to Twilight Princess). As you can see by the above photo, this Zelda title continues the longstanding tradition of draping the release in gold (nothing will ever compare to the reflective gold cartridges on the NES), as well as providing some extra goodies. The first Batman game without…uh…Batman!

Poor Luigi, he just can’t stop sucking!
Ten years ago, Mario was shockingly absent for the launch of the Nintendo Gamecube. In his place was his brother, and a vacuum cleaner. While he did his best to fill the void, it seemed like he was merely doing his best impersonation of a ghostbuster. Now, Luigi is back for a full fledged sequel for the Nintendo 3DS, and it’s looking like a hauntingly familiar experience! Watch the video after the jump… continue reading...
