The Nintendo 3DS is shaping up to be a powerful little machine with a fine ability to push polygons. In fact, Ubisoft Montreal- the developers of Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell 3DS says that they were “able to run the Unreal engine on this console console, which is pretty impressive for a handheld machine, and the 3D doesn’t affect the performance.” However, Epic Games may have something to say about this revelation.
