Yes, Sony is set to copy Nintendo once again in an obvious “why isn’t this turning into a lawsuit?” kind of way…
Sony’s new Arc motion controller is getting a nunchuk attachment. This Nunchuk will be equipped with action buttons and its own D-pad (why is Sony still so in love with the directional pad. Give us an analog!).
According to a top secret vocal internet source, it has “an analog stick at the front, below that X and O and below that a D pad. Underneath is L1 and L2. Its actually long, not like the Wii Nunchuk.”
Meanwhile, the Arc disco Wand has X, O , Square and Triangle buttons, plus a “T” trigger underneath.
While this is still considered a rumor, we’ll find out if it’s true as early as this thursday at the Game Developers Conference.
