Are you looking forward to a much larger portable gaming console? Well then, tomorrow’s your day. Nintendo’s new extra large DSi will be available for purchase. But what else does it offer aside from larger screens? Well let’s find out…
Actually, the screens are 93 percent larger, and the stylus is almost pen sized. These are not insignificant facts! It will also be available in Dark Brown, and Wine Red… obviously meant for adults, as suggested by the name (Kids shouldn’t be tempted to buy Wine anything).
The underside will have a matte finish to prevent sliding from sweaty hands and all of the features that you know and love from the regular DSi will make the translation.
These features include the Opera Web browser, WiFi and dual cameras.
Awesome extras include the following preloaded software: Brain Training: Arts Edition and Dictionary 6 in 1 with camera functionality. Also, if purchased before March 31st you will get 1000 Dsi online store points to buy other games.
Is it worth it? Could be if you aren’t patient for the upcoming (still rumored) DSi 2 which we can expect within the year… which will bring much improved graphics and tilt functionality.
