Architect David Fisher has designed a rotating skyscraper.  Each floor rotates independently and therefore the result is a building that changes shape.  One is set to be built in Dubai in the near future, and apparently he has been looking for a location in Manhattan.  Tomorrow, he has a press conference set for Miami, which might mean he’s found a location for his bizarre structure there.  Read more… continue reading...
