I know a ton of people who swear by the Netherlands as a travel destination. Most of these people weren’t cosmopolitan, Pinot-drinking Prada-wearing city-dwellers as much as they were more green, grass-rootsy buds of mine who like bicycling a whole lot. Judging by the above video, Utrecht may well be their Shangri-La, and maybe yours too.
