An emergency landing in the Philippines was required after a large hole appeared in the fuselage and the cabin suddenly lost pressure.
There were no injuries, but some of the passengers did vomit after landing.
The Australian Transportation Safety Bureau and the Civil Aviation Safety Authority have been notified and plan to investigate, according to Geoff Dixon, Qantas CEO.
