I had essentially lost interest in the NBA years ago, but the Lakers were my team dating back to the days of Kareem, Worthy and Magic… Boston has been such a turnaround story that it has been nearly impossible not to pay attention this year.
But regardless of all that, it just goes to show, when you get the big brands in any sports league clashing in the finals, it will bring back old fans. I could have cared less for a Pistons vs. Spurs final… but Celtics vs. Lakers - bring it on. continue reading...
