The Geminids meteor shower takes place tonight (Tuesday, December 13th) and tomorrow night (Wednesday, December 14th).

It has been called the best annual meteor shower by NASA and despite the almost full moon, sky watchers may have quite a show to look forward to.

In fact, you may be lucky enough to catch up to 40 streaks of light per hour if you’re watching between 10pm and sunrise.

Geminids come out of the Gemini constellation.
