This fellow, Dana Larsen, was a candidate for the New Democratic Party (NDP) of Canada in a Vancouver riding (for Canada’s October 14th election). He has always been very vocal about marijuana, having previously edited Cannabis Culture magazine and run as a member of the Marijuana party.
