The Hives have just released a new video for “Fall is Just Something Grown Ups Invented” featuring a personal performance for Cartoon Network. The Hives’ single is now playing as the fall theme song on Cartoon Network. The Hives’ new album, The Black & White Album, is now available in stores. The Hives are currently on tour in Europe until 2008.
The Hives are another one of those bands that are pretty reliable when it comes to videos, but I remember the first time I saw the clip for “Hate to say I told you so” and I thought to myself that these guys would never last… I’m glad I was wrong. The new single “Tick, tick, boom” is fantastic and the video might make it even better! The band members are some how humorous without even doing anything, and with them literally larger than life in this video the goofiness is nonstop. My favorite part is the simultaneous “raising” of the band members, it works to great effect. Check it out here:
