Here’s your chance to hear the first studio recording from Metallica’s new Death Magnetic album. The song is called “The Day That Never Comes” and its pretty good. Some familiar clean verse guitar lines contrasted with heavy choruses and extended solo sections. At times it sounds like some of their other songs, and its not a new formula, but dammit, its a great formula and its good to hear them ripping again, especially the last 2 minutes of the song.
