Formed in Glasgow in 2003, Glasvegas is one of today’s most buzzed about alt rock bands.  And with the unmistakable Scottish brogue of singer James Allan’s vocals, coupled with meaningful lyrics and the kind of music you know should fill an arena, it’s no wonder why.  A blend of retro garage rock and with a modern edge, their aesthetic is appealing to the everyman in everyone.  In this video, http://www.WatchMojo.com speaks with the band about how they’ve grown as a group, and we ask drummer Caroline what it’s like being the only girl in the band.

Formed in Glasgow, Scotland in 2002, four-piece rockers Franz Ferdinand are always trying to get you to dance.  Their first huge hit, Take Me Out, put them on the world’s radar in 2004, and they’ve consistently been producing toe-tapping, butt shaking winners ever since.  Beside their names you often see the words ‘fashion icons,’ though the guys themselves are quick to laugh that title off.  In this video, WatchMojo.com chats with denim-clad Alex and Paul from the band to learn about how they originally got together, and to find out how the music scene in Glasgow is different from that in Liverpool.
