After just one day on the market Brand New’s album, Daisy, is sitting pretty towards the top of the iTunes charts at number 4. While chart position may not be of the utmost importance to a band like Brand New, it is a testament to the quality of the album they’ve produced for the world to hear. With each album review a new comparison is made between Brand New and the likes of Modest Mouse, Radiohead, The Jesus Lizard, My Bloody Valentine and a slew of other ’90s alternative and indie rock icons.
