San Francisco guitar man Chuck Prophet wrote a series of incredible songs examining the contradictions of American life during the recession. Prophet decided to gain some perspective by recording it outside of the US. He travelled to Mexico City where he ran into a H1N1 flu pandemic, electrical blackouts, and a major earthquake. A crew was capturing every moment so that you can share in his experience.
