With CRASH LOVE, the forthcoming album from AFI, due out in just twenty days and “Medicate” climbing the radio charts, the band is giving fans a preview of another track off the new record as well as a behind-the-scenes look at the recording process. For the song “I Am Trying Very Hard To Be Here” AFI enlisted the help of their fans for the track’s gang vocals. Staying true to form AFI went to their fans, the backbone of the band, and asked them to submit short videos about themselves for a chance to win a trip to Los Angeles and to sing on one of the songs from CRASH LOVE. Fans heard the call, and they answered and thus the Begin Transmission series was born.
