CARPINTERIA, Calif., Aug. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — CKE Restaurants, Inc. announced today that Carl’s Jr.®, one of its subsidiary hamburger chains, has opened its first flagship restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
