“I like when things go Boom Boom Boom!”
You’ve experienced the filming style of Michael Bay many times before, and wouldn’t you know it…you can’t teach a trigger happy director new tricks! And I’ve got the downtown Chicago set footage to prove it. Let me take you through the list of things you ought to notice about it.
Notice the following hilarious observations/revelations about Transformers 3:
1. Michael bay handles the camera like he has Attention deficit disorder (0:18-0:40 seconds in).
2. We all thought that the new actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was a new love interest for Sam, but according to ChicagoBuisness.com (the people who shot the set footage), she is labelled as playing the part of Mikaela Banes which was previously played by Megan Fox. Either they are flat wrong, despite their first hand access, or Michael Bay decided to recast the role (Lame!). Either way you slice it, she isn’t that hot, looks more like a scary mold of plastic to me. Just skip to 1:08 to see what I mean.
3. At 2:25 a soldier airdrops onto a Blue screen platform and shoots at it causing explosions. No doubt he is in fact landing on a Decepticon and choosing to give him a pounding headache.
4. Shia Labeouf and his new super model bimbo think that hiding in an all glass bus stop will protect them from a battle between massive trigger happy robots. (Skip to 4:16 to see it, so stoopid!)
