Maybe I’m missing something, but Lindsey Lohan is suing E*Trade financial for the above Girlfriend ad that premiered at the Super Bowl.
According to Lohan the baby girl that shares her name was modeled after her. In her lawsuit filed Monday in a Nassau County, New York state court, “the 23-year-old actress sought $50 million of compensatory damages and $50 million of exemplary damages. She also demanded that E*Trade stop running the ad and turn over all copies to her.”
Lindsey also claims that she has the same “single-name” recognition as celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and Madonna!
My conclusion is that either Lohan is completely self-involved and sees herself in everything or I’m completely missing something in the above advertisement because as I see it, it looks like Lohan is acting more like the baby girl.
Another thing I want to add is that if I even saw some similarities between myself and a “milk-a-holic” baby I would not want to bring this to the public’s attention!!
Oh Lohan…I mean Lindsey.
