Am I the only one who has noticed that Johnny Depp speaks with a British accent (even when not on set)…but the dude is so not a Brit…

That’s right, I’m going to show you before and after clips (interviews) to demonstrate my point. I mean honestly, he was born and raised in Owensboro, Kentucky. That’s in the Unites States in case you were wondering.

In fact, in 2003, Depp made stark/controvercial comments about the United States which appeared in a German magazine: “America is dumb, is something like a dumb puppy that has big teeth- that can bite and hurt you, aggressive.”

Johnny…you’re American. Be American!!! God it’s like Downey in Tropic Thunder, but in real life.
