Would you be as enthusiastic about Avatar if it were only 2D only?
That’s right, this Novemeber when Avatar swings onto a high def format near you, it will be doing so in that old fashion 2D format….eeek! Seems that The Wall Street Journal has released an update on Fox Home Entertainment, and the result is not a good one for people hoping to recapture the 3D cinematic experience.
Fox has said that the “3-D is in the conceptual stage and Avatar will not be out on 3-D Blu-ray in November.”
I guess it just wouldn’t make sense without widespread release and adpotion of 3D Televisions…
