A- You too can pull off this look as long as you look put together. To ensure that people know this look was intentional your collar needs to be more stiff and more formal, with the ability to stand up on its own without the support of a tie. Your suit also needs to fit perfectly.

A- It’s actually preferable not to have your shoes and belt match perfectly, but you do want to stay within the same ballpark so that they compliment one another e.g., chestnut and chocolate are usually close enough, but dark, reddish brown and light tan are not.
