Mulaney, who is a writer/producer for “Saturday Night Live,” stars in the stand-up special that aired on Comedy Central on January 28th, 2012. The DVD of this special is now available to buy and own (as of Tuesday, January 31st, 2012)!
The DVD is an extended and uncensored version of the special that aired on television. It was filmed at the Skirball Theater in New York City and shines a spotlight on the thoughts and feelings of the almost 30-year-old Mulaney.
In the special, the writer and comedian tackles such red-hot topics as french fries, “Law & Order,” and his bygone partying days. Through his stories, viewers will watch Mulaney age from a nervous and dishonest child to a still nervous and dishonest adult.
Bonus material on the DVD includes un-aired material as well as commentary by comedians Anthony Jeselnik and Dan Mintz as they watch the special! There is also a special intro/outro featuring Amy Schumer and an original song by Reggie Watts.
