Here’s the story- 4 Australian men “allegedly” decided to take a shower at the local car wash. These men paid for the car wash and then stripped down and soaped up while their girlfriends took pictures.
This person needs to hand over their license and give up driving permanently:
Some parking meters found in France actually text message you to tell you you’ve been given a fine. The technology detects the the presence of a vehicle in the individual spot, and then lets the cops know the person has gone over their time limit. Heaven forbid the technology actually send a warning to the driver first… (Although that is a possibility for the future.)

He gave himself a ticket, after all:
Police Chief Richard Knoebel says he wasn’t about to take the easy way out when he accidentally drove past a stopped school bus with its emergency lights flashing.
For violating traffic laws, Knoebel wrote himself a ticket for $235, docked himself four points on his driving record and paid the fine the next day.
