What did you do last week?
In 2004, in the span of one week, I wrote my second book. I always thought that was pretty insane.
In one week, last week, Michael Phelps won eight - count ‘em eight gold medals at the Summer Olympics. Some say that will translate to about $100M in lifetime sponsorship money. Not bad. It just goes to show how success and accomplishments are both absolute and relative… I am not sure where 8 gold medals in one Olympics stacks up amongst greatest performances and greatest athletes, but it’s in the Top 10, that’s for sure.
