I know of at least three video startups offering job search via video profiles.  Today it’s written up in the NYT.  Just reiterates one of the key things I tell entrepreneurs: don’t spend too much time planning or remaining in stealth mode, cause others are doing exactly what you are doing as we speak.

This is a good test: is it going to be easier for a startup to do the video job resume “thing” and scale or for a Monster/HotJobs/etc. to get into the swing of things.  The answer - which I am not sure I have right now - is not eas easy as you think.
