I didn’t even realize until now: the Mojo Supreme network of sites experienced the best day ever yesterday in terms of unique users. That excludes MetaMojo.com, our search network, for a few reasons I track that separately.
On December 23rd, 2006, we had over 127% more unique users than we did on December 1st, 2006.
It took 19 days to surpass November’s traffic count.
Merry Christmas indeed.
Apple is surely experiencing a renaissance, in fact, it has since 2000. The company’s stock is at an all-time high, to the point that we had no choice but to put it in our Top 10 List of Best High Tech Stocks of Past, Presence and Future.
But, another company that seems to have a Midas touch is Google, and yet, Google’s forays into anything other than search are not financial home runs. Gmail, Base and other products are nice products, but they fail to add to the company’s top line, let alone trickle much to the bottom line.
For Apple, which is a company that actually sees more material impact from iMacs than iPods, it needs to ensure that were it to enter the phone market, it produces a winner.
And that is no sure thing. Check out CNN’s take here.
