Just a week or so after Mark Cuban said that “only a moron would buy YouTube”, he was somewhat ridiculed (well, as ridiculed as Cuban can be, I highly doubt he cares) by some when Google shelled out $1.65 billion for the popular social networking file sharing site.
Earlier this week, Cuban said that he was wrong about YouTube being sued into oblivion, rather, he figured, record labels and film studios would instead go after smaller, less deep pocketed players in the space, intimidate them into submission, and use these cases as jurisprudence against YouTube.
